  1. As we are a small business that relies on commitment and consistency, all existing clients are required to pay a Booking Fee One week prior to their appointment and new clients are required to pay a Booking Fee at the time of booking their appointment (with payment in person or over the phone) to secure their booking. The Booking Fee will then be deducted from the final total. Booking Fees will only be transferred or refunded when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations or rescheduling. 


  1. All no-show clients will forfeit their Booking Fee.


  1. We run by appointment, therefore late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be unable to be serviced as it creates a knock-on effect. If we are unable to perform your service, the cancellation policy will apply, and your Booking Fee will be forfeited.


  1. All late cancellations and no-show repeat offenders may be refused a future booking.


  1. All appointments must be confirmed. Clients will be sent a confirmation message three days prior to their appointment. Failure to respond will result in a second confirmation message being sent two days prior. Failure to confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled. As we would have made numerous attempts to contact you, we must assume you are not going to attend your appointment. 
    Please note it is an automated system and can only receive a “YES” reply or “NO” to cancel. Personal replies cannot be received. 


  1. Our highly trained technicians provide professional and high-quality results using the finest products available. 4 Elements Hair cannot guarantee lasting results unless you are using recommended home care products purchased from 4 Elements Hair or if you swim regularly.


  1. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within one (1) week of the original service by phone call or in person. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, 4 Elements Hair will then fix the service or replace the damaged/ broken product at no charge, within one (1) week of the report of the fault.


  1. We ask that clients refrain from bringing guests to the salon. We are only a small salon and therefore do not have enough room to allow for people other than our paying clients.
